Job summary

Interstate Connecting Components, a division of Heilind Mil-Aero, LLC, seeks a cable harness assembler to build and assemble wire harnesses following wiring diagrams, routers, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. You will cut, crimp, solder, and attach wires to connectors, test for continuity, and label completed assemblies with precision.

Candidate must read schematics, work with basic test tools, and maintain quality, safety, and process improvements in a hands-on environment. ITAR requires a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cable assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with soldering and testing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, drawings, and wiring diagrams to determine assembly procedures.
• Route and secure wires per specs.
• Crimp, solder, test continuity, and attach wires to connectors.
