You will set up and operate Sodick Wire EDM machines, read blueprints and GD&T, arrange fixtures, load programs, and perform rough and finish cuts to keep parts within tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience with Wire EDM setups and operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Sodick Wire EDM machines to produce precision parts and tooling.
• Read blueprints and GD&T specifications to ensure correct tolerances.
• Set up fixtures, align parts, establish work coordinates, and prepare machines for production.
• Load programs, adjust cutting conditions, and perform rough and finish cuts to meet spec.
