Qualifications

Experience with EDM programming (manual or CAM).
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers and CMM.
Manufacturing or machining background with willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate wire EDM machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Select and implement appropriate fixturing and workholding solutions.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measurement tools.
Make program adjustments and edits as needed to achieve dimensional requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate production documentation and quality records.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
