Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking skilled installers with carpentry experience to verify measurements and provide installation solutions for window replacements. The role emphasizes meeting customer expectations with cost-effective, quality results.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with benefits including 401(k) match, health insurance, and a vehicle stipend. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate an iPad on job sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation and measuring experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobs sold by sales staff to verify measurements and labor/materials.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement.
• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation.
• Adheres to Renewal processes and standards.
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring proposed solutions are accepted or alternatives are considered.
