Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Component Assembly Technician to join our production line, ensuring precise bonding and assembly of window and door components. You will prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and operate bonding equipment to meet strict quality standards.

The role requires reading and following work orders and drawings, maintaining logs, and adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience with tools and assembly machinery is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools and measuring devices (tape measures).
• Able to follow complex written and verbal assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure defect-free assemblies.
• Reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and drawings to assemble components precisely.
• Prepare surfaces and apply bonding agents and sealants per specifications.
• Operate production equipment such as presses and clamps during curing.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify defects and misalignments in assemblies.
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation for traceability.
• Keep workspace clean and follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
