Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking an assembler to mass-produce windows, doors, trusses, and related components on an assembly line. You will perform repetitive tasks, operate hand and power tools, and move between stations to meet production goals.

Safety and quality are essential; standard PPE is required. Overtime may be necessary to support business needs, with no supervisory duties involved.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety and security procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Demonstrate attention to quality and accuracy in work.
• Meet productivity standards and complete tasks timely.
• Follow instructions and take responsibility for actions.
• Show initiative and willingness to handle additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building windows, doors, and glass components on the line.
• Perform insertion, positioning, clamping, and fitting of parts using hand and power tools.
• Work at multiple stations as production needs dictate.
• Remove defective products and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Ability to work overtime as required by business needs.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
