Job summary

Wabash is seeking skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team in Kentucky. You will weld carbon steel, aluminum and stainless using MIG or TIG processes, read engineering prints, and follow exact specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Training is provided, including Weld School if needed, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Exposure to production environments and PPE usage are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass Weld Tests for product line before welding in production.
• Must pass respirator fit test.
• Basic reading, writing, math & verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve safety, quality, and delivery.
• Weld carbon steel, aluminum, stainless to meet quality standards.
• Read engineering prints and welding symbols; follow specs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work in tight spaces and at heights 15–20 ft.
• Comply with PPE requirements and safety policies.
