Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design and Preparation: Place parts on jigs using measuring tapes, clamps, and squares, ensuring precise positioning for welding.
• Tack Welding: Join parts with tack welds to create final welds with a clean finish.
• Welding Experience: Weld components using MIG, pulsed, or robotic welding techniques, producing strong welds.
• Safe Operation of Tools: Safely operate portable and power tools following safety protocols.
• Following Instructions: Follow welding instructions to meet quality and production standards.
• Quality Control: Identify and address parts not fitting or aligning to ensure accurate assembly.
• Material Handling: Operate overhead cranes or hoists as needed for welding.
• Visualization of Finished Products: Visualize final product during welding to ensure accuracy.
• Assembly Skills: Assemble welded parts according to specifications.
• Adaptability: Be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
