Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a steady hand during welding.
• Skill in handling welding equipment with precision.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to stretch, twist, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• A keen eye for quality and precision.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Competence in using tape measures, clamps, squares, grinders, drills, and saws.

Responsibilities

• Lay out parts in jigs using tape measures, clamps, and squares.
• Skillfully tack weld parts together for a clean finish.
• Weld components using MIG, Pulse, or robotic welding techniques.
• Safely operate handheld and electric tools.
• Follow work and welding instructions meticulously.
• Recognize and address quality issues with parts.
• Safely operate cranes or hoists for material handling.
• Conceptualize the final appearance of products.
• Properly assemble welded parts according to specifications.
• Be adaptable to perform other duties as assigned.
