Boiler Tube Company of America seeks a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, read blueprints, and fabricate metal components per project requirements with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will inspect welds for defects, maintain welding equipment, and collaborate with engineers to meet precise tolerances in an industrial environment. This role demands physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding materials and metal properties.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality checks.
• Ability to work in varied environments (outdoor/industrial).
• Physically demanding work requiring stamina.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick and arc welding.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components per project requirements and drawings.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain and repair welding machines and tooling.
• Read blueprints to determine welding requirements and specifications.
