Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows is seeking a capable manufacturing worker to operate from drawings and follow documented work instructions at our Sharon, MA facility. You will set up machinery, adjust processes to meet quality and productivity targets, and inspect parts with basic measuring tools.

Proficiency with SPC concepts and basic computer tasks is expected. We offer an hourly rate with a second shift differential and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings and other documented work instructions.
• Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions as prescribed, submitting questionable settings to appropriate supervisor or technical leader.
• Maintain required quality and productivity levels, making minor machine and tooling adjustments to comply with requirements.
• Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment.
• Ensure quality requirements are maintained using quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.
