Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. in Oregon seeks an experienced Welder/Fabricator to cut, fit, weld and finish high-precision parts from engineering drawings. You’ll contribute to building reliable machine bases for vibration-sensitive tools.

You will work on day-to-day tasks with safety in mind, operate grinders, read weld symbols, and uphold quality standards. The role requires 3+ years in GMAW, FCAW or GTAW and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience using GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Knowledge of welding parameters, including amperage, voltage, and wire feed settings.

Aufgaben

• Cutting, drilling, tapping, and preparing metal parts according to specifications.
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings and welding symbols accurately.
• Performing fit-ups, tack welding, and final welds.
• Flattening, straightening, and preparing parts for powder coating.
• Grinding and finishing components as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating job progress.
• Following all safety procedures and participating in safety meetings.
