Anduril Industries in McHenry, MS is seeking an experienced Welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld, cut, and fabricate precision parts for defense programs, working with diverse metals and alloys while interpreting drawings to ensure exacting specifications.

The role requires strict safety discipline, the ability to work with engineering on complex layouts, and the stamina for overtime when project demands rise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
• Strong safety practices and ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Weld, cut, and fabricate components per drawings and specs (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW, FCAW).
• Perform cutting and machining operations to shape parts.
• Use various fabrication methods to produce high-quality components.
• Collaborate with engineering to interpret drawings and ensure correct fabrication.
• Inspect fabricated parts to verify conformance to standards.
• Maintain and operate fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling materials and machinery.
