Job summary

RectorSeal in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, labeling, and shipping operations. This on-site role requires daily presence at the facility and a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, with overtime during peak times.

Candidates should be reliable, with basic computer skills and a focus on accuracy and safety. The position involves operating labeling equipment, assisting in receiving, cycle counts, quality checks, and maintaining a neat workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 1 year warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, policies, and quality standards.
• Label production and design, update, and print labels with Label Matrix.
• Operate and maintain labeling machines and prepare products for shipping.
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping functions; assist in receiving.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and logs for batches and supplies.
• Assist in overtime as needed and collaborate with management.
