Job summary

Swagelok Texas Mid-Coast is seeking a Warehouse Technician to receive, inspect, and put away inventory, and to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery in a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay safe in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
• Pick, verify, package, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment.
• Check orders for accuracy after successfully completing required checker training.
• Operate barcode scanners and material-handling equipment to move and track products.
• Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete warehouse transactions in company systems.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, organized, and aligned with 5S standards.
• Follow STMC safety policies, quality standards, and established warehouse procedures.
• Work with warehouse, operations, customer service, and inspection teams to meet delivery expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Cross-train in warehouse functions to build skills and provide support.
