Job summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support end-to-end warehouse operations, from order picking to shipping and inventory management. You will work to ensure on-time shipments, accurate order fulfillment, and a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include cycling counts, receiving, labeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations preferred; education may substitute for experience.
• Experience with small parts inventory and shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS).
• SAP and Swagelok product knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse tasks including order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational flow.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes as needed.
• Propose and support process improvements.
• Maintain professional, respectful communication in all interactions.
• Demonstrate initiative and accountability in all assigned duties.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to allocated PTO
• Pick and prepare orders accurately using scanning systems.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards for packaging and labeling.
• Report and document quality issues.
• Maintain organized, clearly labeled bin locations.
• Package, label, and ship orders per internal procedures.
• Verify accuracy of parts and quantities before shipment.
• Update shipment tracking and documentation in SAP and Docuware.
• Assist Will Call customers when needed.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Perform cycle counts daily; support 97%+ inventory accuracy.
• Process non-conformances and returns promptly.
• Receive and store materials within 24 hours (48 hours for tubing).
• Maintain records and compliance logs (e.g., forklift checks, quarantine items).
• Report non-conformances within 24 hours.
• Maintain inventory integrity and location accuracy.
