Job summary

JobSquad is hiring Pickers/Replenishers to support operations in Bethlehem, PA. You will accurately pick products, replenish inventory, and maintain warehouse organization in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role uses RF scanners and a warehouse management system to fulfill orders, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety. Steel-toe shoes are required; prior warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Standing, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift.
• Steel-toe shoes are mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS.
• Replenish pick locations with product from reserve storage.
• Verify product quantities and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
