Job summary

Precisionstaffingusa in West Chester, OH is seeking a dependable General Labor / Pick & Pack Worker to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, verify orders, and keep areas clean and safe. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or general labor experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required by the position

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Label packages and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload boxes, materials, and products as needed.
• Sort, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory.
• Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
