Job summary

Precisionstaffingusa is seeking a reliable Pick/Pack Forklift Operator in Middletown, Ohio, to join our warehouse team. You will pick, pack, move and prepare products for shipment while operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently on the 1st shift.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, familiarity with RF scanners or a warehouse management system, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience using an RF scanner or warehouse management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems.
• Operate forklift equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker as required.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Prepare completed orders for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
