Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Able to work in a team and take initiative.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, hand truck, pallet jack).
• Product knowledge or quick learning ability.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and pack finished products.
• Ensure picked products match ticket orders.
• Communicate product issues to liaison/coordinator for escalation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized environment at all times.
• Comply with quality, product safety and HSE rules.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, weather dependent.
• Assist in other warehouse areas when short-handed.
• Other duties as assigned.
