Job summary

NFI in Joliet, IL is hiring for a selector to accurately pick, stage, ship and receive product in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate material handling equipment, load/unload freight, and ensure shipping accuracy while following safety policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of equipment experience preferred, and the ability to obtain NFI pallet jack certification. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loads and unloads freight in a safe, accurate manner.
• Moves products to storage locations using equipment.
• Picks customer orders and processes shipments.
• Verifies freight accuracy and inspects for damage.
• Assists with inventory counts and maintains a clean workspace.
• Performs sanitation duties and other duties as directed.
