Job summary

NFI Industries is hiring a Selector in Nashville to accurately select, stage, ship and receive product per company standards. You will help maintain accuracy, meet productivity goals, and follow all safety procedures while supporting general warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, loading/unloading, order picking, packing, and assisting with inventories. High school diploma preferred; 6 months pallet jack experience a plus; must obtain NFI certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loads and unloads freight, moves product to storage areas, and stacks merchandise.
• Picks orders and processes shipments including packing and confirming.
• Conducts pre-operation inspections and maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Participates in cycle counts and assists with inventories as needed.
