Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate a standard and stand-up forklift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics and values.
• Pick customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Determine shipping feasibility and resolve incompatible shipping methods.
• Provide picked orders to the shipping team or will call for outbound processing.
• Use analytic problem-solving to resolve inventory issues affecting picking processes.
• Participate in daily facility cleaning and upkeep.
• Maintain high work ethic and adhere to company policies.
