Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle Inventory Module.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
• Forklift certified.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Log received items into the inventory system and label items.
• Unload deliveries and pick items for shipment.
• Pack goods securely for transportation and generate shipping labels and documents.
• Coordinate with transportation services to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor outgoing shipments and resolve issues to meet destinations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
• Follow safety policies and participate in required training.
