Qualifications

• Required proficiency in shipping/receiving processes and documentation.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with Oracle Inventory and transportation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify deliveries against orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Log items in the inventory system with quantities and descriptions.
• Unload deliveries from trucks and prepare shipments for customers.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor outbound shipments for on-time arrival.
• Input movements into the inventory management system and ensure data integrity.
• Operate in a safe, compliant manner and follow quality policies.
