Advanced Interiors is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee purchasing and inventory activities. You will ensure timely processing of work orders and purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and monitor inbound shipments to support installation schedules.

The role requires accuracy, detail orientation, and strong Excel skills. Work hours are 8 am–5 pm with a team-oriented, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to process purchase orders and communicate with vendors.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting to management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare work orders for warehouse staff to process pick tickets.
• Enter daily purchase orders for flooring products using the ERP system.
• Identify changes to purchase orders and communicate with vendors and staff.
• Track inbound shipments to meet install schedules.
• Report non-conforming deliveries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Report vendor issues and assist in resolving them.
• Monitor vendor prices and notify management of increases.
• Assist with stocked material and inventory discrepancies.
• Work with Purchasing/Inventory Control to ensure accurate balances.
• Participate in year-end inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Accept additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
