Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ. You will pick and pack orders, print labels, inspect products, and prepare shipments while maintaining accurate records and a clean work area.

Responsibilities include operating equipment as needed, participating in cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with packing specifications and safety standards. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct quantity and type.
• Pack orders for shipments and affix shipping labels.
• Record order information and maintain clean, inspection-ready work area.
• Conduct quality inspections and participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Operate a forklift or order picker if required and report variances.
