This role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under daily shipping deadlines. Forklift certification is a plus, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of picking and packing orders accurately.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily orders by accurately picking warehouse locations.
• Use internal inventory systems to verify product details, quantities, and locations.
• Carefully pack, seal, and tag picked items and secure them for shipment.
• Ensure correct shipping labels and documentation are attached before moving orders to shipping area.
• Conduct regular inventory verification and assist with cycle counting to keep records accurate.
• Assist in receiving, returns, and other inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work zones per OSHA standards.
• Communicate order discrepancies, inventory shortages, or safety concerns to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
