Job summary

NewAge Industries, Inc. is seeking an Order Picker to prepare customer orders, select product from warehouse shelves, pack, label and ship merchandise accurately. You will safely operate forklifts or reach trucks and support daily warehouse operations with attention to detail.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience; basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, RFID); ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with urgency and teamwork to ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders and pick product from warehouse shelves.
• Pack and label products for shipping and prepare orders for verification.
• Operate forklift or reach trucks; follow pick tickets and ensure accuracy.
• Perform inventory put-away and FIFO rotation; assist with packing and shipping documents.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and support team collaboration.
