Fishermen's Source in Ocean Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, and inventory replenishment. You will perform cycle counts, receive shipments, and prepare orders for shipping with precision.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, familiarity with automated shipping systems, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate's degree required.
• Proficient reading/writing in English.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with automated shipping systems.
• Able to work independently and follow directions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Learn and use SkuVault inventory management software.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Sort, store, and accurately track inventory.
• Replenish inventory and stage products for efficient order fulfillment.
• Pick customer orders accurately and prepare them for packing.
• Pack orders with attention to detail to ensure they arrive safely and correctly.
• Process shipments using our shipping software (training provided).
• Transport completed shipments to the designated carrier pickup area.
• Follow and help maintain established operational processes, procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and receiving area.
• Break down and organize cardboard for recycling and waste reduction.
• Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by management.
