Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Dayton, NJ, is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment. The role involves accurate picking, voice-pick technology, lifting up to 100 lbs, and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products.
• OT is required.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Select products by matching numbers and quantities and confirm locations using voice headset.
• Hand stack cases from floor to pallet.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment where applicable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
