Humanetics is hiring for a 2nd shift position focused on trimming and finishing vinyl molded parts. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity and the ability to follow precise instructions.

You will operate various hand and power tools, document job operations, and work with teammates to meet daily production targets. On‑the‑job training is provided and the environment emphasizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• On the job training provided.
• Experience in detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Trim, sand, patch, repair and place pads and zippers on parts per schedule.
• Scan job operation information into Labor Trac and document on the job order.
• Follow work instructions and meet daily output targets.
• Produce the required number of parts as per the daily schedule.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
• Operate power tools, grinder/sander and Dremel as needed.
• Sit for up to 10 hours with breaks; lift 35–40 lb occasionally.
