Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; or related training.
• One to three months related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Trim the flash from the mold manually and/or using scissors.
• Review job standards before trimming the part.
• Assure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformances.
• Record scrap hourly per work instructions.
• Apply/remove labels on returnable packaging as required.
• Apply lot control numbers accurately.
• Review daily quality alerts.
• Notify Production Supervisor of discrepancies.
• Communicate production and quality issues in staff meetings.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in their area.
• Participate in team problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
