Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring a Service Advisor/Estimator to produce timely and precise estimates for reconditioning on consigned vehicles for wholesale and retail clients. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and seek client approval using Manheim's proprietary tools.

You will collaborate with maintenance, reconditioning, and procurement teams to price parts, monitor status and document outcomes while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, or degree with 1 year experience, or 5 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimation services for an assigned auction area.
• Provide accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail and mechanic services.
• Communicate estimates to maintenance and reconditioning teams.
• Coordinate with procurement to price parts and supplies.
