Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in production assembly or related field.
• Ability to interpret complex assembly instructions from blueprints/drawings.
• Experience installing motors/gearboxes/pumps and piping per drawings.
• Ability to read measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial vacuum equipment safely and to specifications.
• Follow drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and quality guidelines for all assembly work.
• Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other lifting devices as needed.
• Maintain 6S and report any risk, near-miss, or incident promptly.
• Suggest improvements and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
