The Turret Operator at AOC Metal Works sets up, operates, and maintains a turret punch press, reading blueprints to precisely cut metal parts and perform quality checks.

You will work to meet production targets while following safety protocols and collaborating with engineering and QC to improve tooling and processes.

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and blueprint reading are required; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements
• Basic math and reading/writing skills
• Familiar with calipers and measurement tools
• Safety-conscious attitude and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, adjust and prepare turret per blueprint specifications and tooling
• Operate turret punch press and perform quality checks to meet production standards
• Identify and move finished products to the correct location and ensure proper packaging
• Maintain safety devices and follow QC standards; perform inspections as required
• Assist with tooling, programs and lean improvements with supervision and engineering
• Adhere to company policies and promote a safe working environment
