Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred; one year is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and blueprints.
• Strong measuring and inspection skills for quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate turret or fabrication equipment following blueprints and job cards.
• Set up and align workpieces using fixtures, jigs, and stops.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, templates, and rulers.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and document results.
• Identify nonconforming parts and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members on safety, quality, and production goals.
