Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production requirements.
• Conducting inspections and maintaining documentation.
• Precision measurement and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete changeovers for machines to transition to new parts.
• Study blueprints and layout sheets to determine machining and tolerances.
• Visualizes movement of machine parts and schedules operations for efficiency.
• Selects speeds, feeds, and tools based on material properties and charts.
• Install loaders, collets, and bushings; mount tools and verify position with gauges.
• Operate machines, adjust tools and controls for timing and clearance.
• Certify first run and sample pieces to specifications using measuring instruments.
• Identify hazards and report them to management; maintain safety compliance.
