• 7+ years of hands-on manual machining experience including toolmaking and fixturing.
• Expert blueprint reading and interpretation with GD&T knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of manual machining methods, machine tolerances, and quality verification.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed blueprints and technical drawings into precision components.
• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders with precision.
