Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI seeks a Tool and Template Maker to operate manual and CNC machines, read blueprints and schematics, and fabricate fixtures. Candidates must complete a bona fide apprenticeship or have substantial prior experience and demonstrate strong safety practices.

Position offers a top hourly base rate with incremental increases after three months, plus a best-in-class benefits package including healthcare, life and disability coverages, and retirement plans.

Formación

• Candidates must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of previous experience or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Experience operating manual lathes, mills, grinders, drills and CNC machinery with attention to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual Lathes, Mills, Surface Grinders, Radial Drills and metal cutting machines.
• Fabricate and repair fixtures and tooling.
• Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Milling machines.
• Read blueprints and schematics.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part quality.
