Accelera seeks a Precision Tooling Specialist to fabricate high-quality components and maintain production tooling integrity. You will leverage expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and machining to drive efficiency and support custom equipment builds for peak production performance.

The role focuses on interpreting blueprints, operating manual and CNC equipment, and collaborating with teams to enhance tooling for new and existing lines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years machining experience required.
• Proven ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Practical machining and tool-making assessment completed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to plan precise machining sequences.
• Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to make fixtures and parts.
• Perform welding, grinding, and die repair to minimize downtime.
• Select appropriate feed rates, speeds, and tooling for quality.
• Collaborate with teams to design and improve tooling for products.
• Maintain tool room inventory and perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to support shop logistics.
