You align priorities, assign work, and make sure every die and fixture is ready for the day’s builds. As our Precision Tooling Operations Supervisor, you turn meticulous standards into reliable throughput—every shift, every part.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Coordinate and direct the tool and die group so output meets (and sustains) production targets.
• Uphold uncompromising quality and safety for all tools and dies—proactive care, timely repairs, zero shortcuts.
• Coach, mentor, and build capability by rolling out training that levels up skills across the team.
• Partner with Engineering and Production to refine tool designs and streamline processes for efficiency and repeatability.
• Track schedules closely and rebalance workloads in real time so deadlines are met without sacrificing standards.
• Perform routine audits and inspections, verifying each tool and die conforms to spec before it hits the line.
• Document usage, maintenance, and repair history with precision to ensure full traceability.
• Shape a positive, accountable culture built on clear communication, collaboration, and team wins.
