100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced toolmaker to inspect, measure, troubleshoot, and adjust tooling and processes to uphold strict quality and production standards.

You will verify tooling blueprints and translate measurements into precise specifications for machining operations. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in tool & die or machining roles, with fluency in reading blueprints and caliper/micrometer usage, operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment to tight

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10 years of Tool & Die / Machinist experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and measuring devices.
• Able to read English and metric units.

Mansioni

• Inspect, measure, troubleshoot and adjust/modify processes for quality and production standards.
• Verify and confirm tooling blueprints.
