Qualifications

• 3+ years building or maintaining progressive tooling.
• Strong knowledge of cutting and forming and tooling troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production-ready stamping tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately document activities in required databases and records.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and identify root causes.
• Set up and operate toolroom equipment and measurement tools.
• Collaborate to apply best practices in tooling maintenance.
• Support toolroom process improvements.
• Maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
