Aerotek is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain precision dies and fixtures in a Lake Geneva, WI shop. You will meet tight tolerances, troubleshoot with production teams, and use CNC and EDM tooling in a standards-driven environment.

The role requires reading blueprints, applying SPC, and operating manual and CNC equipment. Expect daytime hours, on-site work, and a strong safety culture; competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine tools, dies, and components required.
• Apply working knowledge of Statistical Process Control to support quality and process consistency.
• Operate and maintain CNC and wire EDM tooling used in die design, manufacture, and repair.
• Follow safety procedures and use precision measuring devices to ensure high quality workmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Build, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug progressive dies and new tooling to meet quality and tolerance requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality on all jobs, meeting internal standards and customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and machines (grinders, mills, drill presses, lathes, band saws) and manage die hoists.
• Document work using computer-based die maintenance programs and other required processes.
• Collaborate with press setup and manufacturing teams to support production operations.
