Mayzon seeks a skilled Tool & Die Maker responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures. You will diagnose tooling issues, perform precision machining, and ensure components meet exact tolerances.

The role requires reading blueprints and CAD drawings, documenting repairs, and upholding safety standards in a clean, organized shop. Candidates should work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified skilled tradesperson capable of independent work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Perform precision machining, grinding, welding, EDM, and polishing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Diagnose tooling issues and determine repair methods.
• Fabricate replacement components to exact tolerances.
• Perform precision machining and inspection.
