Job summary

Oberg Industries, a leading precision tooling and machining contractor, seeks a Tool & Die Assembler to join the On-Site Sarver, PA team. You will assemble, install, and debug tooling and automated systems, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing to meet exacting standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in machining or surface grinding, can read drawings, and are proficient with Windows. Apprenticeship or equivalent experience is preferred, with growth opportunities in a collaborative

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a machining or surface grinding environment required.
Machine assembly experience preferred.
Tool & die assembly experience preferred.
Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble, troubleshoot, and debug precision tooling, dies, and mechanical systems.
Install industrial machine systems and tool die equipment at customer sites.
Determine the best method and sequence to mechanically assemble and assist with debugging of industrial machines and tooling systems.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design or process challenges.
