Dynamics ATS in Michigan is seeking several TIG Welders for our Chesterfield-area production team. These roles focus on prototype and low-volume work with precision metal components for automotive, aerospace, defense, and appliances, and include competitive hourly wages and growth opportunities.

Qualified candidates will TIG weld (GTAW), read blueprints, interpret welding symbols, and produce high-quality welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, with strict tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience TIG welding (GTAW) on prototype and low-volume components.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, tolerances and drawings.
• Weld stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel with precision.
• Inspect welds with precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Familiarity with welding procedures and fabrication techniques.
