CTR Cryo is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our Montgomery, TX team. Work involves precise TIG welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless components, interpreting blueprints, and producing quality welds that meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Clean, cut, fit, and assemble metal components for welding.
• Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment and related tools.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance; ensure AWS standards compliance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE; maintain a clean workspace.
