Qualifications

• 5+ years of TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong stainless steel TIG welding skills and aluminum experience.
• Ability to interpret detailed fabrication drawings and weld from them.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld stainless steel and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and weld requirements.
• Independently lay out, fit, and assemble parts before welding.
• Control distortion and maintain dimensional accuracy throughout fabrication.
• Produce consistent, high-quality welds appropriate to the application.
• Coordinate with the operations manager on fabrication requirements and job progress.
